Ruby City MATSUE 2.0 Special Lecture for RubyWorld Conference 2024 Decided
As a special program for “RubyWorld Conference 2024 × Matsue City”, the Ruby City MATSUE 2.0 Project Special Lecture has been confirmed. Ryu Yokoji, CTO of freee K.K., and a native of Matsue City, will deliver a Special Lecture on his involvement with Ruby.

Ruby City MATSUE 2.0
Matsue City has upgraded the “Ruby City MATSUE Project,” an IT industry promotion measure it has been promoting since 2006, to “Ruby City MATSUE 2.0” by adding new perspectives such as commercialization support.
From fiscal 2024, based on this new basic concept, efforts to create new products originating from Matsue are in full swing.
Through “Ruby City MATSUE 2.0,” Matsue City aims to further develop the IT industry and contribute to the revitalization of the local economy.
